The awesome thing about OtherInbox is that I have a unique address for every company that I receive email from. Until a couple of months ago, I was receiving emails from Taer Icelandic - a skincare company which has now shut down.
Then I saw this email from "Dr Bragi" appear in my inbox on the same Taer email address. I have never ever purchased or even heard of Dr Bragi - and yet it's from the same industry. So did Taer sell my email address? Why didn't Dr Bragi tell me on their first email that they got my email address from Taer? Did they buy it?
Whichever way you read this the email is unsolicited - No explicit consent to receiving mail from them. Even if Taer has now closed and the owners are running a new venture, they would not be allowed to use my email address, they would have to ask me if I wanted to sign up.
