Nice little email from Benefit to try and reactivate me. I find this pretty interesting as although I don't purchase online, they have many many retail outlets and the accounts are linked. How do they know that I don't purchase offline? It's an issue we faced at a previous company I worked for - you just don't know unless you get a loyalty card that links offline and online data. I have been opening the emails from time to time so they've obviously considered me inactive based on clicks or purchases...
This was very helpful to me as we're coming to the end of our first reactivation cycle and we want to do something similar but we're planning to incentivise before the ultimatum.
